KZ- What or who got you into music?

KW- Rather than having anything specific, I think I naturally dreamed of becoming a singer thanks to the environment where I was familiar with music since I was young and my parents who loved music!

KZ- Qu'est-ce qui vous a amené à la musique ?

KW- Plutôt que d'avoir quelque chose de précis, je pense que j'ai naturellement rêvé de devenir chanteur grâce à l'environnement où j'ai été familiarisé avec la musique dès mon plus jeune âge et à mes parents qui aimaient la musique !

KZ- What artists have influenced you?

KW- I want to become a singer who freely enjoys performing on stage, so Bruno Mars is my role model!

KZ- Quels sont les artistes qui t'ont influencé ?

KW- Je veux devenir un chanteur qui aime se produire sur scène, donc Bruno Mars est mon modèle !

KZ- How did you feel about composing "Dive" for the drama "King The Land"?

KW- I was happy to sing the OST for a large work, but at the same time, I felt a bit of pressure. However, when I first heard the demo, I thought it was a song that suited my voice well, so I went into recording with more confidence.

KZ- Qu'avez-vous ressenti en composant « Dive » pour le drama « King The Land » ?

KW- J'étais heureux de chanter l'OST d'une œuvre de grande envergure, mais en même temps, je ressentais un peu de pression. Cependant, lorsque j'ai entendu la démo pour la première fois, j'ai pensé que c'était une chanson qui convenait bien à ma voix, et j'ai donc abordé l'enregistrement avec plus de confiance.

KZ- How would you say your music has evolved from "Still Dream" to "I LIKE THE WAY"?

KW- Now still dreaming, I’ll just run my way I like. I’ll try to convey the message I want to talk to the public more honestly and confidently.

KZ- Comment dirais-tu que ta musique a évolué entre « Still Dream » et « I LIKE THE WAY » ?

KW- Aujourd'hui, je rêve encore et je me contente de suivre la voie que j'ai choisie. J'essaie de transmettre le message que je veux transmettre au public de manière plus honnête et plus confiante.

KZ- "I LIKE THE WAY" is quite a statement of intent. What do you like about this way?

KW- While working as a solo artist, I felt like I needed to communicate my thoughts more clearly, so I wanted to express myself more directly in the title song of this album. I’m personally very satisfied with it.

KZ- « I LIKE THE WAY » est une belle déclaration d'intention. Qu'est-ce qui vous plaît dans cette façon de faire ?

KW- En travaillant en tant qu'artiste solo, j'ai ressenti le besoin de communiquer mes pensées plus clairement, et j'ai donc voulu m'exprimer plus directement dans la chanson-titre de cet album. J'en suis personnellement très satisfait.

KZ- What has been the most difficult part of the album (lyrics, music, choreography) and why?

KW- In this album, I used a hand microphone to make the live performance better. I think the most difficult part was practicing dancing with it. However, because I practiced a lot, I am performing satisfactorily.

KZ- Quelle a été la partie la plus difficile de l'album (paroles, musique, chorégraphie) et pourquoi ?

KW- Pour cet album, j'ai utilisé un micro à main pour améliorer la performance en direct. Je pense que la partie la plus difficile a été de m'entraîner à danser avec. Cependant, comme je me suis beaucoup entraînée, ma performance est satisfaisante.

KZ- Of all your repertoire, what would you say is the song that best represents you and why?

KW- All the songs expressed me well, but if I had to choose one song among them, I would choose ‘I LikeTheWay’ as it contains the message I want to convey the most in this album.

KZ- De tout ton répertoire, quelle est, selon toi, la chanson qui te représente le mieux et pourquoi ?

KW- Toutes les chansons m'expriment bien, mais si je devais en choisir une, je choisirais « I Like The Way », car elle contient le message que je veux le plus transmettre dans cet album.

KZ- If you could collaborate with another artist, who would you like it to be and why?

KW- I want to make new music with Gaho, who I shot a cover song with.

KZ- Si tu pouvais collaborer avec un autre artiste, avec qui aimerais-tu que ce soit et pourquoi ?

KW- J'aimerais faire de la nouvelle musique avec Gaho, avec qui j'ai tourné une reprise.

KZ- What plans do you have for 2024 (more music, tours, programs)?

KW- I try to do all the activities I can or want to do without any restrictions. Just like my motto, “let’s always live without regrets.”

KZ- Quels sont tes projets pour 2024 (plus de musique, de tournées, de programmes) ?

KW- J'essaie de faire toutes les activités que je peux ou que je veux faire sans aucune restriction. Tout comme ma devise, « vivons toujours sans regrets ».

KZ- A little advice for someone who wants to enter the world of music.

KW- I think everyone has their own weapon. That's why I think you can do anything if you find your own charm by maximizing your strengths and not comparing yourself too much to others. Good luck to everyone who wants to enter the world of music!

KZ- Un petit conseil pour quelqu'un qui veut entrer dans le monde de la musique.

KW- Je pense que chacun a sa propre arme. C'est pourquoi je pense que l'on peut tout faire si l'on trouve son propre charme en maximisant ses forces et en ne se comparant pas trop aux autres. Bonne chance à tous ceux qui veulent entrer dans le monde de la musique !
